Techproject is proud to have contributed to the design of the new Emergency Department at Molinette Hospital in Turin, a strategic and urgent project for one of the country’s most important healthcare facilities.

The project, with preliminary activities scheduled to begin in April 2026, addresses a complex challenge: renovating and repurposing the emergency and urgent care areas while ensuring the full operation of the service, which treats approximately 70,000 patients annually.

To ensure the continuity of healthcare services, the construction project—with a total value of €13.5 million—will be developed in phases, thus minimizing the impact on healthcare services, staff, and users.

The new Emergency Department will be structured with a focus on humanization and safety. It will maintain a similar capacity to the current one but will offer larger and more functional spaces, greater flexibility during peak patient traffic, and upgraded systems and equipment, with a strong focus on patient comfort.

For Techproject, design means putting expertise and experience at the service of public health, tackling complex challenges and providing concrete, sustainable solutions that meet the real needs of the community.
