The new Community Health Centre in Riccione is taking shape through a project that brings together architecture, sustainability and innovation, creating a building designed to meet the needs of local healthcare services while establishing a strong relationship with its surrounding context.

The project features functional, bright and flexible spaces, designed to accommodate different services and provide environments capable of adapting to the needs of the facility. Particular attention is given to the relationship between the building and the landscape, through an approach developed with respect for the existing natural heritage and aimed at achieving full integration with the surrounding environment.

The new facility therefore becomes part of a broader process of urban regeneration. The project goes beyond the construction of a new healthcare building, contributing to the transformation of the area into a new point of reference for the community.

A project in which architectural quality, sustainability and people’s well-being come together as complementary elements of a single intervention, helping to shape a new space dedicated to serving the community.
