With great pleasure and deep pride, Techproject announces the inauguration of the Bicocca-Catenanuova railway line on October 29. Thanks to the modernization of the existing route and the construction of a double, electrified high-speed track, it will directly connect Palermo and Catania.

This is a major project that represents a key component of Rete Ferroviaria Italiana S.p.A.’s construction of the new Palermo-Catania-Messina railway line. Thanks to the high-speed trains, it will make it possible to reach Sicily’s main cities more quickly and comfortably.

This new and modern infrastructure, in whose construction Techproject participated as the representative of the RTP di Progettisti, overseeing the executive design, represents a huge step forward in the modernization of Italian rail mobility and an example of how professionalism, dedication, and commitment can contribute concretely to the realization of strategic projects for the country’s progress and connectivity.
